Before you begin: While using Hopeful and connecting your account with Facebook, make sure you login with the FB account which has admin access for your organization's Facebook page. You cannot connect personal profiles with the Hopeful account. Also, you must be an admin on the Hopeful dashboard.

Here's how to connect your Nonprofit's Facebook account to Hopeful.

Step 1: Sign in to the Hopeful dashboard and point to the 'My Accounts' section on the left corner.

Step 2: Under 'Connect Your Accounts', - click on 'Social Accounts' and then 'Connect Facebook Account.'

Step 3: To connect your NPO's Facebook Page to your Hopeful account, you first need to authenticate your Facebook account (for which you have admin access for the page you want to connect).

Step 4: Sign in using your Facebook credentials to authorize Hopeful to access your account and manage posts. On your Hopeful dashboard, you will see the status, 'Connected to your Facebook.'
