Having trouble accessing your dashboard? Here's a checklist of sign-in issues to help you troubleshoot the problem.

Issues with your credentials (Email address and password)

  1. Ensure you are using the correct email address, i.e., the one associated with your Hopeful account.

  2. Check for capitalization and your CapsLock settings, especially while entering your password.

  3. If you think you have forgotten the password associated with your account, try resetting your password. Watch out for the confirmation link sent to your inbox. If you do not receive it, check your spam and junk mail folders. To ensure you receive all Hopeful emails in your inbox, whitelist our addresses to mark as a safe sender.

  4. If you still fail to sign-in, it means that Hopeful is unable to recognize your email address or you don't have access to the correct email address associated with the Hopeful account. In that case, reach out to the support team for a resolution.

Troubleshooting other issues

  1. Either refresh your browser or clear your cache and try to sign in again.

  2. To troubleshoot browser-specific issues, try to sign in from a different web browser. Ensure you are using the latest compatible web browsers.

  3. To troubleshoot computer-specific issues, sign in from a different system and see if you can go through.

  4. Diable your wifi, and connect your router directly to your device. If you can access Hopeful, then it could be an issue with your router's firewall. Consult your service provider to secure socket layers and Hypertext Transfer Protocol.

  5. Make sure you have a working internet connection.
