Just like Hashtags, incorporating tags in your social media posts can be a crucial part of your overall social media strategy. This is especially true if you are doing shared campaigns with partner organizations or closely working with influencers to share your cause.

Let's dive into how to use the tagging feature on the Hopeful platform

Tagging Feature on Facebook

While creating social media posts for Facebook on the Hopeful dashboard, you can mention other Facebook pages or profiles. To mention a Facebook page in your post, start by creating a Facebook post. Then type in the @ symbol with the first few letters of the Facebook account you want to mention. Hopeful will give you matching results of profiles or pages to include in your post.

Tagging Feature on Twitter

While creating Tweets on the Hopeful dashboard, you can mention other Twitter users and tag them. To mention someone in your Tweet, start creating the Tweet and then type in the @ symbol with the first few letters of the person you want to mention. Hopeful will give you matching results of profiles or pages to include in your post.

Tagging Feature on Instagram

While creating social media posts for Instagram on the Hopeful dashboard, you can mention other Instagram private or business accounts. To mention an Instagram account in your post, start by creating a post. Then type in the @ symbol and type the full Instagram handle of the account you wish to tag. At present, Hopeful does not support the automated search feature for Instagram like Facebook and Twitter. To mention other profiles, you need to type the account handle manually.
